Today is the first time this discussion board user base will have user created threads.

Forums contain threads.
Threads contain posts.
Our main Clinuvel thread (note I didn't say forum) has 50K posts going back to Nov 2003. This is highly unusual with modern web communities, and is a holdover from the 90s, because sharecafe never updated themselves.
So today, I'm adding a new forum with no restrictions on users to create new threads.
